We don’t claim to have our doctorate in Celestial Mechanics but we do know a thing or two about Moon Ducks and this wine was bottled during a “Strawberry Moon”, which is obviously a universal term to all Algonquin tribes. It was also bottled during a Waxing Crescent which is about 1% full. So that is all obviously super rad and helped in delivering liquid perfection. Come on, it’s math, people.
Darker than a sirens shadow puppet, this brooding broth explodes from the glass with aromas of purple berry, baked strawberry, exotic flowers and campfire smoke. On the palate the fruit is intense and devious as it moves from red to blue with black raspberry, warm licorice, crème de cassis, barbecued pork and vanilla oak.
The finish is longer than a limousine and as decadent as a chocolate bathtub.
Stay Calm and Duck On.
