This wine was made by perhaps the finest winemaker of Chardonnay in California or anywhere for that matter.  

It is also from one of the most sought-after vineyards in the famous Russian River Valley. It’s so special, we aren’t allowed to share the location as this wine sells for a fraction of the price compared to what you would see from this combination of rockstar winemakers and celebrated vineyard sites anywhere else. 

A rich golden hue like a tiger’s eye delivers a fresh and vibrant wine that explodes with aromas of nectarine and honeysuckle. If you could drink a Meyer Lemon meringue pie with a graham cracker crust, this is what you would be drinking. There are also flavors of crisp apple, lime zest, grapefruit, and a kiss of ginger and oak. Keep the Butterball for your turkey because while this wine shows a wink of oak and cream, it is a wonderful slice of tangy and sunny deliciousness that allows for the vineyard and the Chardonnay grape to shine without being drenched.

I’m not saying this is the best Chardonnay ever but I’m not saying it’s not.
