This wine is a complex, fruit forward GSM (Grenache/Syrah/Mourvedre) Rhone blend crafted in the style that has made Paso Robles famous.

Aged almost entirely in neutral French oak, it presents subtle hints of blackberry, black currant, chocolate, and dried strawberries, and is inclined to change dramatically as the wine opens up. Paso wines of this caliber tend to evolve from first glass to last and they show well now, or aged 10 years or more. SHFT House Wine offers the experience of a decadent, hedonistic wine from organic and sustainable vineyards. We use recycled glass and lighter weight bottles with recycled paper labels and vegetable dyes.
